Common questions
Does Kourx send any of our data outside D365?
No. Kourx runs entirely inside your Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. The scan, the results and the reports all stay there.
Can Kourx change user licenses or roles?
No. Kourx is read-only. It shows you which licenses can be removed or lowered, and your admins make the changes.
Why do I need an account to get the Basic edition?
Your account is where you download the package and license files, and how we let you know about updates. It only asks for your name, company and approximate size.
What's the difference between Basic, Pro and Enterprise?
Basic is free and includes the four license reports, the weekly scan and Kourx Insights. Pro adds dollar savings, usage-based recommendations, add-on licenses and a CFO report. Enterprise adds help with rollout and priority support. See Compare editions.
