This policy explains what personal information Kourx LLC ("Kourx", "we") collects through kourx.com and how we use it.
The Kourx product
Kourx License Optimizer runs inside your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. It does not send your users' data, security roles, sign-in history or any other business data to Kourx.
What we collect on this website
- Account details: your name, work email, company name, number of employees, number of D365 users, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, with your name, email and company.
- Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe to product updates.
- Assistant questions: questions you type into the Kourx assistant are sent to an AI model to generate an answer. We don't link them to your account or store them after the answer is returned.
- Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit how often the assistant and login forms can be used.
How we use it
- To give you access to downloads and license files.
- To reply to your messages and provide support.
- To email you about new versions and editions, if you asked us to. You can turn this off in your account at any time.
We don't sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
The website and its database run on Cloudflare. The Kourx assistant uses Cloudflare Workers AI.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time from My account, and your details are removed from our database.
Your choices
You can view and change your details in My account, unsubscribe from updates, or delete your account. For any other request about your data, email hello@kourx.com.
